Puparia is a project started by multi-instrumentalist Giorgio Nawfal in 2020. Puparia’s sound blends shoegaze, alternative indie/rock, and avant garde pop into a textured sonic landscape, with tracks like “Abandon Shape” and “Media Livestream” crafting unique blends of atmospheric layers, hypnotic rhythms, and arrangements that blur the lines between the genres. With a new project on the way this year, puparia’s sound continues to evolve with each new release.
